This license only applies to the graphics or digital product templates you purchased with an extended use license. If you purchased multiple products, please make sure to read the license that accompanies each product, as items may have different licenses. This license only applies to graphics and templates that explicitly state on the sales page, that they include an extended use license.
You are granted extended, commercial use with conditions, as outlined below.
What You Can Do with Graphic Files (PNG or JPEG files you receive from us):
- You can use graphics in products you sell with a personal use license AND those you sell as editable templates with PLR. (Advise your customers they should not extract the graphics for use in other, unrelated projects.)
- You can use the PNGs in products you sell or give away.
What You Cannot Do with Graphics:
- You cannot resell any of the graphic elements. In other words, you cannot resell the graphic elements as digital papers, patterns or graphics. They must be part of a new and unique creation, with its own value.
- If someone wishes to purchase the standalone graphic elements, please refer them to Hello@ThatPLRGirl.com. (I’d love for you to join the affiliate program! Sign up here.)
What You Can Do with Template Files:
- Use the template(s) to create products you sell to an end user AND those you sell as editable templates with PLR.
- If selling the templates as editable, remove the licensing page (first page of the Canva template) and any other pages that identify That PLR Girl. Ensure you change the Canva file name to something unique to your business.
- Use the template to create products you sell or give away.
What You Cannot Do with Template Files:
- You cannot pass along the extended use license. Products you create from the templates should be sold with a personal use or PLR/commercial use license (not an extended use, MRR, or other license). Your customers should either be the end user or your customer’s customer should be the end user.
- The templates have an extended use license, so you may resell them with PLR, but if you choose to sell them with a PLR license, you must customize them in some way first. (e.g., changing colors, fonts, or adding unique elements)
- If you choose to sell on a marketplace platform like Etsy, where the Terms of Service require products be handmade or significantly customized, we encourage you to adhere to those policies. We reserve the right to sell our original products, in their original format, on any marketplace platform.
- If you don’t want to customize the templates and plan to sell them with a personal use license, we encourage you to consider listing them on a platform that is exclusively yours to sell on (such as a WooCommerce or Shopify shop where you are the proprietor, a landing page you created on your own domain or via your email service provider, on a Thrivecart sales page, etc.). This will allow you to sell without worry of being penalized for violating the Terms of Service of a marketplace platform.
- If someone wishes to purchase the standalone graphic elements, please refer them to Hello@ThatPLRGirl.com. (We’d love for you to join the affiliate program! Sign up here.)
- Do not mention my name or That PLR Girl when you sell the product(s) created using this template.
Note: This license is subject to change. Please check the licensing information on ThatPlrGirl.com periodically for the most up-to-date version of this agreement.
Canva Policies:
- If you have received a Canva template, it is recommended you review Canva’s licensing and legal policies as well. These change from time to time, and you will want to ensure your usage is also in compliance with their terms.
- Templates may include some graphics that are part of Canva’s available resources. Please follow their current use policies.
- You can review their terms of use at https://about.canva.com/terms-of-use.
If you have any question about the license, please contact me at Hello@ThatPLRGirl.com.
