“This License governs your purchase and use of any AI-based product created and sold by That PLR Girl, Marketing Glitter, or any affiliated brand or division operated by Rebecca Brockman (collectively referred to as ‘Company’).
By purchasing or accessing any AI Product, you agree to the terms below.
1. Definitions
“AI Product” refers to any AI-based tool, assistant, GPT, agent, micro-app, integration, automation, plugin, prompt system, template, workflow, or digital system created or distributed by us.
AI Products may be built using third-party AI platforms, including but not limited to OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), Microsoft (Copilot), or other AI providers.
“Outputs” refer to the content, responses, results, or materials generated when you use an AI Product.
2. License Grant
When you purchase an AI Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your own personal or business use, subject to the terms below.
You may:
- Use the AI Product in your own business
- Use Outputs commercially
- Modify Outputs for your brand or business
- Incorporate Outputs into products, marketing, client work, or content
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the AI Product itself
- Share access credentials or duplicate hosted access
- Repackage, rebrand, or clone the AI Product
- Reverse engineer or extract proprietary prompt structures, automation logic, or system architecture for resale
The license applies to the product itself, not to the Outputs you generate.
3. Platform Neutrality
AI Products may rely on third-party AI providers. This License applies regardless of the underlying AI platform.
We reserve the right to build, migrate, modify, or re-release AI Products on different AI platforms at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining any required third-party AI accounts necessary to use a product (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.), unless otherwise specified.
4. Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer
AI Products may depend on external platforms, APIs, or software providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Pricing changes by AI providers
- API limitations
- Platform shutdowns
- Feature changes
- Account suspensions
- Model updates
- Service outages
- Policy changes by third-party providers
Your continued access may depend on the policies and availability of those external services.
5. Discontinuation & Product Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify
- Replace
- Upgrade
- Sunset
- Discontinue
any AI Product at any time.
If we plan to discontinue a product that includes hosted access, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when feasible.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide transition guidance, documentation, or exportable materials to help customers retain functionality independently. However, this is not guaranteed and may depend on platform limitations.
No refunds will be issued due to third-party platform changes beyond our control.
6. Access & Account Closure
Access to AI Products may be revoked if:
- License terms are violated
- Unauthorized sharing occurs
- The product is used for unlawful or harmful purposes
We also reserve the right to close, migrate, or restructure our own accounts on any third-party AI platform. If this affects a product, we will determine whether to migrate, replace, or discontinue the offering.
You acknowledge that AI technology evolves rapidly and long-term platform availability cannot be guaranteed.
7. No Guarantee of Results
AI Products are tools intended to assist your workflow.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific income results
- Business growth
- Performance outcomes
- Accuracy of AI outputs
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all Outputs before use.
8. Intellectual Property
All AI Products remain the intellectual property of That PLR Girl, Marketing Glitter, and/or their parent company, affiliates, or brand divisions (collectively referred to as “Company”).
Purchasing an AI Product does not transfer ownership rights.
Unauthorized duplication, resale, redistribution, or reverse engineering may result in termination of access and legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any AI Product.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
10. Updates to This License
We may update this License from time to time.
Continued use of any AI Product after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
