This hybrid bundle brings together two audiences: families who love creating memories & creators who design products to support those moments.

🩷 Memory-Making Families (B2C Track)

This track is designed for products that help families create meaningful moments together.

Examples include: 

  • celebration printables
  • party decor
  • memory journals
  • family traditions resources
  • holiday planning tools
  • kids activity packs

💼 Memory-Making Creators (B2B Track)

This track supports creators who design products and resources for the celebration and memory-keeping space.

Examples include: 

  • party set templates
  • memory-keeper templates 
  • printable product templates
  • marketing resources
  • design assets (ex: clipart or digital patterns)
  • trainings or workshops for creators

How Contributing Works

The Memory Makers’ Bundle is designed to be simple, collaborative, and beneficial for everyone involved.

Submit your product for consideration.
Choose the B2C or B2B track that fits your brand.

Prepare Your Contribution

Accepted contributors will submit their product details, links, and promotional materials for the bundle page.

Share the Bundle

Promote the bundle to your audience using the provided swipe copy and graphics.

Bundle events are a powerful way to grow your audience and welcome new subscribers into your community.

Contributor Requirements

To maintain a high-quality bundle experience for both contributors and participants, submissions should meet the following guidelines.

Product Quality & Value

All submissions should be high-quality digital resources relevant to one of the bundle tracks.

Minimum product value:

B2C Track (Memory-Making Families)
Minimum product value: $9

B2B Track (Memory-Making Creators)
Minimum product value: $17
Exception: Educational trainings under $17 are welcome if they offer strong practical value.

Products should be well-designed, useful to the intended audience, and representative of the contributor’s brand.

Product Exclusivity

To keep the bundle fresh and exciting for participants:

• Products do not need to be newly created, but they should not have appeared in another bundle earlier in 2026

Email Audience Expectations

For contributors outside of The Creativity Box community:

Preferred:
• an email list of approximately 1,000 subscribers or more
• or another demonstrated engaged audience

Contributors are expected to actively promote the bundle during the live event.

Special Benefits for Members of The Creativity Box

Members receive additional flexibility and opportunities, including:

• Email list requirements waived
• Ability to submit multiple businesses or brands where appropriate
• Eligibility for priority placement opportunities within the bundle

Supporting member visibility and growth is a core goal of this event.

Promotion Expectations

This bundle is a collaborative event, and contributor promotion helps ensure strong results for everyone involved.

Contributors are expected to promote the bundle to their audience during the live event.

Minimum Promotion Requirements

• 1 email mention to your subscriber list during the bundle event
• 1 additional share (email or social media) during the bundle event
• Promote the Extra Pass at least once (email or social media) after the bundle close

Swipe copy, graphics, and links will be provided to make sharing quick and easy.

To help us track promotion efforts and overall event performance, contributors will be asked to submit proof of promotion through a short Google form during the event week.

When everyone participates in sharing, the entire community benefits from increased reach, visibility and new subscribers.

Contributors who complete their promotion confirmation will remain eligible for contributor incentives and future events.

Extra Pass Contributor Opportunity

In addition to the free bundle, we will offer an optional Extra Pass upgrade for participants who want extended access and additional bonus resources.

The Extra Pass will be priced as a low-cost upgrade ($12) to encourage higher conversion and create additional affiliate earning opportunities for contributors.

What Extra Pass Buyers Receive

• Extended access to bundle resources through May 31
• Additional bonus resources from select creators
• Easy access to both bundle tracks in one place

Extra Pass Contribution Guidelines
Contributors who choose to participate in the Extra Pass should provide:
  • Bonus product valued at $27+ (B2B) or $12+ (B2C)
  • Exception: Educational trainings under $27 are welcome if they offer strong practical value.
  • A resource relevant to the bundle audience
  • You may contribute a  shop coupon/credit, if the coupon’s value is sufficient for a customer to get something free
  • You may contribute both a B2B and B2C gift, if desired. 
Extra Pass contributors must also submit a standard bundle resource for the free bundle tier.

Extra Pass Promotion Incentive

Contributors who participate in the Extra Pass or sponsorship program are eligible for a special affiliate prize.

Top Extra Pass Affiliate Prize

The contributor who generates the highest number of Extra Pass sales during the bundle promotion period will receive 100% commission on their Extra Pass earnings before payouts are finalized.

This creates a fun promotional challenge while helping the bundle reach a wider audience.

Sponsorship Opportunities

A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available for creators who want additional visibility before, during, and after the bundle event.

Sponsorship placements may include:

• Priority placement on the bundle page
• Featured visibility during the promotion period
• Additional exposure opportunities within bundle communications
• Optional featured opt-in on the bundle expiration page, allowing sponsors to capture new subscribers after the event ends

Sponsorship options are designed to remain accessible for creators at different stages of business, and details will be shared with interested applicants.

If you’re interested in sponsorship opportunities, you can indicate this on the contributor application form.

Wednesday 4/1

Contributor submissions close. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and early submissions receive higher placement on the bundle page.

Sunday 4/5

Sponsorship applications due.

Week of 4/6

Approved contributors will receive bundle details, including swipe copy, graphics, and affiliate links.

4/13-4/19

Bundle is live! Share the event with your audience and submit your proof of promotion during the event week.

4/20-5/31

Free bundle access has ended. Extra Pass buyers continue to have access during this period. Contributors may continue promoting the Extra Pass.

Monday 6/1/26

End of Extra Pass access. All contributed resources should remain accessible through at least June 1.

6/1-6/4

Commission review and promotion incentive calculation. The top Extra Pass affiliate will be announced.

Friday 6/5/26

Affiliate commissions from bundle and Extra Pass sales will be paid on June 5 after the event concludes and the promotion incentive has been finalized.

Yes, if you have products that genuinely fit both audiences.

Members of The Creativity Box may also submit products from multiple businesses or brands where appropriate.

Yes. The bundle includes a free access tier available April 13–19.

Customers may also purchase the Extra Pass, which extends access to bundle resources through May 31 and includes additional bonus resources from participating creators.

Contributors are encouraged to submit resources for the Extra Pass as well.

Yes. Contributors receive 50% commission on all Extra Pass sales generated through their affiliate link.

Contributors who participate in the Extra Pass tier receive a commission boost to 60%.

Yes. This is a collaborative event and all contributors are expected to participate in promotion.

This requirement is waived for TCB members.

Swipe copy and promotional graphics will be shared with approved contributors once the bundle page is finalized and ready for promotion.

Applications are reviewed for quality and fit. Approved contributors will receive instructions for submitting their product details and preparing for the promotion period.
